The Lytham Quays development provided much needed residential propoerties to Lytham St Annes.  With many of the properties overlooking the estuary, a mixture of apartments and houses were provided.  The properties vary in scale with affordable elements incorporated within the scheme.

A variety of materials were used to compliment the existing residential context of Lytham St Annes.
