On a tight urban site close to the centre of Blackpool we designed a small group of eight one-bedroom flats for rent.

The new-build accommodation for property development, regeneration and management company 'Places for People'  provides independent living accommodation for young single mothers.

​

The flats are grouped around a secure courtyard which is landscaped to provide a secure and enjoyable social space.



Materials were chosen to blend with the surrounding urban environment
